Solo Record #1: 'Starting Over'.

This album actually started out as a somewhat type of 'show reel' to entertain the idea of moving away from being a sideman & to establish myself more as an Artist/ Composer/ Arranger/ Producer. It began as a 5/ 6 song type 'EP'/ 'show reel' but did in fact end up being a full blown studio album & so I moved forward to try & make it how they made records in the 70/s & 80's where it's a journey... The first track to the last.

There's a plethora of musical influences on this record from Jazz/ Rock/ Blues/ R'n'B & Gospel & so I encourage one, if one can, to listen to this record even if only once from front to back. It was one hell of an expensive exercise to showcase a body of work however certainly one of the most euphoric & enjoyable journeys in music I've personally ever been on.
